Lawsuit Claims Scam Bilked Retirees of Savings

Patrice Walsh (Rochester, N.Y.) - Some Xerox and Eastman Kodak retirees claim they are victims of a "get rich retirement scam" that cost them their life savings.
About 100 former workers, all of whom claim they were duped into retiring early, are part of class-action lawsuits filed against two Morgan Stanley brokers.
Many of the retirees said they have been forced to go back to work because they are broke.
