Disney Sues City of Anaheim

The Walt Disney company is suing the city of Anaheim over a proposal to build as many as 15 hundred condos near Disneyland. Earlier this month, the city council denied the plan. But now, there's talk of a re-vote. A city spokesman says it could take place March 9th or 20th.Some councilmembers see the project as a way to add needed housing. But the Walt Disney Company says it would disrupt the tourist environment and street scene outside Disneyland and California Adventure.
